Our recommendation: the private Back Nine area.
Three simulator bays form the centre of a two-hour social evening. Small groups rotate between golf, coaching if selected, food, drinks and conversation, rather than everyone playing at once. A reserved social area gives guests somewhere to continue afterwards.
For the proposed 30–40 guests, we will agree capacity, group sizes and rotation timings with Five Iron before confirming the format.

Initial venue prices supplied for discussion. VAT treatment, capacity and availability remain to be confirmed. Your final quotation will show each supplier cost, the Club 15 fee, applicable VAT and the total for approval before booking.

Recognition could include the invitation or a short welcome, subject to Softcat’s agreement.

Attendance, guest feedback and interest in another session give Softcat a basis for deciding what comes next.
Lessons, outdoor clinics, nine-hole socials or regular indoor sessions can follow if there is demand.
